There are considerable benefits to training in person - if you are able. As a personal trainer and running coach I will give you my best regardless of how we meet. However, in person will always be the best format as I will be able to provide form correction more accurately, customize workouts on the spot as I notice your progression, engage in conversation getting to know you on a personal level and you will be more disciplined knowing I am going to show up on time every time.
