Sessions are 45 minutes.
Coaches have experience training athletes for events such as the 1.5 mile, 300 meter, push ups, sit ups and wide variety of events in the ACFT. Coach Danielle and Coach Cody are both Certified Personal Trainers and experienced runners.
Expert Guidance, Where You Are: No matter where you are on your fitness journey, our team of expert coaches is with you every step of the way. Receive hands-on guidance during your in-person sessions and stay connected remotely for continuous support, feedback, and adjustments to your training plan.
Hybrid Coaching is designed for two populations of athletes: (1) military or law enforcement test prep (2) Return to run athletes completing PT or returning from an injury. Hybrid coaching is not recommended for athletes completing road races or endurance distances.
Coach will assign workouts to athlete based on their in person performance. Training will be monitored but coach will not make adjustments until next training session.
In person sessions must be used by the completion of the commitment period. All unused sessions will be forfeited once the commitment period finishes.
