Best for athletes looking to complete their first marathon or with an expected finishing time between 5-7 hours.
Recommend 6 month duration for first time marathoners or athletes looking to develop a strong base before beginning training.
6 month training option will include 8 weeks of foundation running to build base prior to marathon training.
Level 2
Best for athletes that have completed 3+ marathons or an expected finishing time of under 4.5 hours.
6 month training option will include 8 weeks of speedwork to get fast before we go far!
