The 5K is one of the most demanding races you can run. It is the most aerobic distance most runners will encounter and if you desire to improve your time using a dedicated training plan can take you there.

Over 6 weeks, athletes will build three main areas of performance: their aerobic engine, running strength (speed, power and strength) and mental toughness.

This is also a great program to use in the off season to develop strength in the final 5K of a marathon or half marathon (not to be used in conjunction with a marathon or other long distance training program).

Athletes looking to finish top AG. Finishing time goals sub 25.

Level 2 - Break 30

Athletes looking to break the 30 minute finishing time.

Level 3 - Finish Strong

Athletes looking to finish their first 5K!
