Integrated app allows athlete to view their training plan on the go and also review video instruction in the app. No more managing your data with excel - connect your Garmin or Strava to Training Tilt and your coach will be able to use the data to create custom training just for you. Plan will include drills to make you a stronger swim, cyclist and runner.
Detailed, custom training paces for each discipline.
Plan will include specific strength training to each sport.
Plan will include gait and form analysis for your running, submitted via email.
One monthly check in phone call with Coach D.
