Race Strategy or Training Consultation
You’ve trained hard but now what? Just because you didn’t have a coach for your training doesn’t mean you need to show up to the starting line with a “hope” strategy.
Maybe you are in training and the wheels have come off and you don’t know what to do next. Plans from the internet aren’t inherently “bad” but they do make it difficult to know what to do when things go off track.

Schedule a 30, 45 or 60 minute consultation with Coach D to review your training. Prior to your call you will receive a questionnaire about your current training cycle. Coach D will use this information to put together a race day strategy that fits your course and your training. You will be provided mile by mile suggestions and paces. Don’t show up to the start line hoping for a good day - show up with a plan (and a back up plan just in case things start to change, and they will!)
This is also a great tool for athletes that are using a standard PDF plan from the internet and need more customized guidance. While Danielle will not write your workouts for you, she can provide guidance on how to get back on track or changes to the volume to help keep you moving towards your goal. It is not uncommon for athletes to miss a few workouts but sometimes those workouts are during a prime part of training and you might be setting yourself up for injury.
Consultations are for athletes that are not already working 1:1 with Coach D. (Current athletes receive calls as part of their training package)
